Great feel and body to this silk shantung, medium weight, high quality fabrics, shade -Cadet Blue, combination of Sky Blue color yarns in the warp and Blue color yarns in the weft.

Silk Shantung is a plain weave fabric, similar to Dupioni but slightly thinner and less irregular. Less prominent slubs, more uniform in texture, made on machines instead of hand woven. The high quality yarn used in this fabric is generally from China. This Silk is considered an excellent choice for interior decorating and elegant evening wear.
