At Silks4Less we strive to give you a virtual experience that is as close as possible to getting a feel for the real fabric. We strongly recommend that you ask as many questions as possible before buying. If the pictures listed are not clear enough, we can provide more pictures and videos, if possible. We would rather communicate for as long as you need prior to buying the fabric than to have a single unsatisfied customer.  We strongly encourage buyers to talk to us regarding their projects or their line of business. We are more than willing to provide samples on a case-by-case basis, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

We provide up to 3 samples of solids and small pattern stripes free of cost within the USA. For all other big pattern samples, jacquards, and embroideries, please inquire as we may provide samples on a case-by-case basis. For international purchases, we provide up to 3 samples of solids and small stripes at a cost of $5 total to offset shipping costs.
We accept returns within 7 days after receipt in original condition. Return shipping should be paid by the buyer. We do not accept returns on sale items and remnants. Before shipping your fabric back to us, please send a message to sales@silks4less.com to get a return authorization number. This will enable us to process your return more quickly.

We strongly recommend dry clean only.
This depends on the order. Most of our bolts are between 25 to 30 yards and some of the damasks and high end silks are close to 50 yards. Based on the required yardage we will inform you what the piece lengths would be.
Absolutely! We will try our best to match or find the closest possible match to your sample from our vast in-house inventory.
The majority of our collection is from India, and some of the silks are from Japan and Korea.

We strongly recommend buyers to pay a few extra dollars to cover insurance. Once we ship them out from our warehouse, we will provide all necessary shipping/tracking details but we are not responsible for lost packages. If a problem arises, we will do our part to help you out by working with concerned shipping carriers. Please be aware this might take some time especially during the pandemic.
Please send us an e-mail immediately if you would like to modify or cancel an order you have placed. We can only do so if the fabrics have not yet been cut.
We absolutely love to do custom orders, as that was our business for the last 30 years. I have fulfilled many custom orders while working with designers in the apparel industry and home furnishing industry. Although it may be difficult, we are committed to working with you to achieve your desired product. We are fully capable of replicating what you give us in silk, whether it is a solid or any kind of pattern. Please send us an email sales@silks4less.com with inquiries.
Variation usually occurs with hand woven products, and there may be slight differences from dye lot to dye lot of the same fabric. If you are very particular about minimizing color variations, we encourage you to request samples; however, we cannot hold inventory until an order has been placed.
Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Due to COVID we open our warehouse only 2-3 times a week, so this may occasionally delay our shipping by a day or so.

As of now, we open our warehouse only 2-3 times a week. As a result, packages may be sent out a day or two after ordering, and not within the first 24 hours. We are still working with customers around the world, and have seen some of the most beautiful and creative products made by our customers over the past several months as customers have spent more time at home.
